Chair or Vice Chair invited to join the Board

The City Region has been carrying out work on its future ways of working, at the City Region AGM the Board supported and agreed recommendations to help streamline the work of the group including rationalising meetings and wider support arrangements.

A key outcome following this extensive work by senior officers is the agreement to invite the Chair or Vice Chair (or their nominee) of the West Midlands Leaders Board to attend City Region Board meetings, helping to develop the strong links between the work of the City Region and the wider regional framework.
